A home for bookish content

is a platform for a wide range of bookish content.  Kate Hergott started the platform with her Between the Lines podcast in 2021, where she interviewed authors about their books, and in 2022, she started the Killing the Tea podcast where she talked with readers each week. Eventually, she merged the two podcasts into the Bookwild podcast, where she now talks with authors on Tuesdays and readers on Fridays. In 2024, the Imposter Hour podcast with Liz Keenan and Greg Wands premiered on the platform. In 2025, Kate co-narrated and produced Sagit Schwart’z audiobook The Underdog.

Kate has always loved the power of stories, how they can transport you to different worlds, how they can bring people together for great conversations, and how they can broaden readers’ empathy and understanding of other people’s experiences, and she produces The Bookwild Collective to share excitement for stories with others.

The Underdog Narration and Production

In 2025, under the stage name Kate Wilder, Kate co-narrated, edited and produced The Underdog by Sagit Schwartz. Sagit Schwartz, under the name Marianna Black, narrated the other POV, and Kate and Sagit collaborated on the project virtually from separate sides of the country.
